Refund Policy

We quality check all of our products prior to dispatch and are confident in what we are packing.

Customers will not be eligible for a refund on customised products: 

  • where errors occur on the customised label, which you have given consent to go ahead with printing;
  • or if you have changed your mind.

If you have purchased an item from us without any customisation we are happy to provide you with a refund on the item once returned (at customers cost) to us. The item must be in the same condition as when it was delivered to you. The item must also be returned within 10 days of it being purchased.

Our customised products are made-to-order according to your specifications (with your approval), so we can’t accept returns where the customer has simply changed their mind.

If you have any issues with your customised product, we are happy to look at the issue and provide you with a reasonable resolution. We cannot provide a refund or exchange for pure change of mind on product that has been customised. Please contact us if you have any issues to work on a resolution, admin@customwater.com.au
